I'll be honest, I purchased this somewhat as a joke, just to test if it functioned. And surprisingly, it does work. The quality isn't top-notch, but the fans offer speed settings when using battery power and seem to operate automatically when using solar power. It charges via micro USB. The hat's a bit oversized for my head, and the cord doesn't adjust it perfectly, but I can still wear it without issue. The fans add some weight to the hat, but it doesn't cause any neck discomfort. Finally, I'd prefer a cover to block the fans when I don't want to use them. I suppose I'll have to add some buttons and create one myself.
