The design isn't great, but it's good enough to get by. I ordered a 6XL size and I usually wear a 62 drop4 jacket. In my opinion, a 5XL Asian size would be perfect. Advice: a local tailor can make the necessary adjustments and it will look great (the fabric isn't bad at all).
