Greetings everyone. I purchased a black suit, but it arrived in blue and had a small tear in the back of the blazer. Despite the damage and incorrect color, I informed the seller that I still wanted to keep the suit and purchase the correct one. I requested a discount. The seller promised a $30 refund after the second product arrived. However, I have checked my card and have not received the refund. I contacted the seller, who told me to keep checking, but the refund has not appeared.
