These are of excellent quality. They are high-waisted and suitable for squatting. I usually wear a UK size 6-8, and although the small size fits, a smaller size might have provided a more compressed fit.

The size has no effect; being too big does nothing.

The item fits as expected, though it feels a bit big on me since I like a really tight fit. The quality is exceptionally high. It arrived in good condition.
