To be honest, I bought these for pole dancing and chose the biggest size offered, and I'm not even that large. These are very small and suited for slender people, haha. They don't have any give or stretch. Overall, if I were very thin, they would fit well. Unfortunately, I have a large appetite, and these literally cut into my stomach, not fully content, but it is what it is. I do recommend these, as they are soft, but please consider the sizing.
