The shoes look exactly as pictured. They're a lovely beige suede with a cozy, thick faux fur lining. The sizing chart is accurate, although it's disappointing that size 38 is the biggest option. This size fits me well, but only if I wear very thin socks. I'd prefer them to be a bit larger. Delivery was quick. The product was also well protected from damage.
