The purchase was made on January 15th, dispatched on January 18th, and delivered on January 29th. The jacket matches its description, being both padded and warm. It features a functional pocket on the left arm, but not on the right. The side pockets, while lacking closures (the buttons are just for looks),are deep enough to prevent items from falling out. The material is waterproof but has a non-glossy appearance. The only issue is that the sleeves are slightly short. Despite this, the purchase was worthwhile. There's no need for any communication with the seller.
