The item looks exactly as pictured. As a tall person with a small chest, I ordered a medium size. The chains can be adjusted to make the item fit your bust size, either tighter or looser.

The item arrived precisely as shown in the picture, even though the delivery took a considerable amount of time: approximately three weeks to Italy.

Perfect.

It's unfortunate that it wasn't offered in XL. However, I am otherwise quite pleased with it.
