The just-arrived, verified item... The torque wrench isn't functioning! I attempted to tighten a handlebar screw, which specified a torque of 4 Newton-meters. I set the wrench to 2 Newton-meters as a precaution, but it didn't engage... I can still tighten the screw using it like a standard ratchet wrench.
