The product looks very nice and is comfortable to use. It has 3 settings. One is just cold air, another is warm air with low power (I have a lot of hair and this doesn't work well for me),and the other is warm air with a bit more power. I've used it and it seems to work very well. Obviously, you have to have your hair detangled before using it. I never needed to contact the seller. The delivery time was reasonable.
