The product matches the description and looks exactly like the picture. The filter works well, with very small holes that prevent herbs from getting through, only allowing a tiny amount of powder to pass. The only issue is the shipping cost. I don't understand why the shipping cost doubles when I order two, even though they're shipped together in the same package. They weigh very little and nest inside each other. I suspect the app is the problem, but I don't think it's fair. I understand paying for shipping, but the cost seems excessive.
