The product is a very cute mat made of good material that feels cool without needing refrigeration. It slides slightly on parquet or wooden floors. Although the size (M) is a bit small for my dog, a size S would have been ideal, he still loves it and it's suitable when he sleeps. The package arrived in a simple bag, and delivery was faster than anticipated. I recommend both the product and the seller.
