Shipping took approximately one month, which wasn't quick. However, the shipping cost was low. The packaging was basic, yet the contents arrived undamaged. I haven't used the product yet. I suspect my dogs may not be enthusiastic about it. I plan to update this review if I discover any issues. I believe dogs don't particularly enjoy having their teeth brushed.
