This product appears to be of high quality, and the mounting system is compatible with various bicycle models. It gives the impression of being secure. While I haven't attempted to cut it with a grinder, someone inclined to do so could probably spend a short amount of time on it. Combined with an alarm, it should be a significant deterrent.
