Unfortunately, the loops are not flexible and too wide for a 17x4.5 size, so I wouldn't purchase it again. Silicone and a tighter fit would be preferable. The app is also not very useful; you can select some patterns, but the intensity can't be adjusted, making it somewhat pointless. If the fit were tighter, it might be acceptable. The overall construction appears good, but unless you have a 5-6cm diameter, I wouldn't advise buying it.
