Changes to order
If your order has already been packed and has moved to the status of being delivered, you will not be able to make changes or modifications to it.
If your order has not yet been packed or accepted for processing, you can cancel it and already collect the correct order, or write to our support and we will sort out your problem.
You can always contact support with any question by opening the chat in the lower right corner.
If your order has not yet been accepted for processing, you can cancel it by clicking the "Cancel order" button in your order.
If you want to cancel an order that is already being processed, you should contact support and explain the situation and we will find a solution for you
If the goods are already in delivery and packed, then it is impossible to cancel them.
