Orders are usually processed within a few hours to 3 days. However, if your order is taking longer to process, it may be due to individual items in your order that require more time to process. We understand how you are waiting for your order and share your excitement!
Your order may also be split into two or more parcels if the total weight of your order exceeds the weight limits of the delivery service. In the orders section, you can select your order and track its movement, we update the history of your parcel movement every day, and also provide a tracking number so that you can check the location of the parcel yourself.
If your order is not packed yet, you can contact customer service and explain your situation to them, and they will find a solution for you.
In most cases, if the product is still in processing or has not yet reached this status, the order address can be easily changed.
If the order has already been sent to the delivery service, then the address cannot be changed.
